This New Yorker interactive infographic is KILLING ME. So good!
It takes a tick to load, but once it does you can travel each subway line in the city and check out the median income at each stop. It’s as simple an execution as possible with the maximum possible info provided to make their point. It’s credited “By Larry Buchanan” which is unclear whether he gathered the data or created the infographic (I’d wager either the former or both) but kudos to him and anyone else involved.

The final issue, March 2013
In early March, Her Cincinnati met with an abrupt end, as print publications these days are wont to do. I was disappointed of course, but also thrilled have had the opportunity to try my hand at improving an existing product (one of my favorite tasks as a designer) as well as to work with some amazingly talented ladies, especially Maija Zummo, Jesse Fox and Rebecca Sylvester.
I suppose the world just didn’t need yet another ladies’ magazine, but I for one am happy I had the chance to have one for a while. Thanks to everyone who picked one up, and all the amazing lady contributors we had during our short run.
